The National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) invites investigators to apply for a contract to conduct a community-based participatory field study on traditional Native healing practices for gambling addiction. The funded study should include an understanding of tribal knowledge and resilience in treatment, problem gambling, as well as responsible gambling efforts in one or more Native American communities. The award of up to $95,000 is inclusive of reimbursement for travel, equipment, and materials (Facilities & Administration costs limited to 15% of award).
